These Fees Include:
- All correspondence with your lawyer
- All reasonable court appearances
- Any necessary conferences
- Obtaining official police reports and relevant traffic and/or criminal histories
- Negotiating and/or case conferencing with the Prosecutors, where possible
- Preparing all material including, where applicable, application forms and affidavits
- Administrative costs (including postage, photocopying etc)
Please Note:
- If you are appearing in a Magistrates Court outside of South-East Queensland, we will provide you with a revised quote which includes any travel expenses (at cost).
- If your case needs to be heard in a District or Supreme Court or if you want to go to trial, please contact us for a personalised quote.
